Opened and closed direct relationships with several top-tier national originators to route declined applicants into a compliant downstream program. Built the outreach motion, commercial terms, and operating cadence from scratch.

Internal Tooling — Compliance Automation

Designed and shipped an internal tool to automate partner marketing compliance review, replacing a paid third-party vendor. Adopted company-wide following internal pilot.

Channel Strategy — Affiliate & Performance Partnerships

Evaluated and prioritized new partner categories against volume potential, compliance exposure, and integration cost, then built the business case that took the highest-priority channel from concept to signed pilot.
